      Renting our home from Era sarver in leesville la. Have had multiple issues with home since we have started renting it. We have called and informed sarver multiple times but things never get proper fixed. All the doors in the house do not properly close and shut which is a safety and security concern for my family. Sink in kitchen doesn't work properly they have came out and looked at it but was not fixed, it was left loose not properly secured for nearly a month now. We have call so many times but nothing gets resolved we are just told they will send someone and when they do send someone our issues only get temporary fixes.

      Sarver Real Estate feels like we have been unjustly criticized by this tenant.  Since this tenant moved into this house July 7, 2022  we have had 7 work orders for issues  reported by the tenant to our Property Management Department.  Each time we timely sent repair people out to address issues.   There is a major issue with the home that is going to very expensive for the home owner to repair.  The problem  is that in the last 3 months the foundation has settled due to the drought and caused reoccurring issues with doors closing and walls cracking.  The homeowner has underpinned this home 2 times in the past 5 years trying to fix the issue with the foundation moving and prior to this Tenant occupying  we reworked the doors and walls believing the issue to be repaired.  The tenants have been given full knowledge of of the house's ongoing condition and the strides we have made to keep the home safe and habitable.  Currently the homeowner is  unwilling to spend any more money repairing this home.  Given this fact, Sarver Real Estate Property Management has given approval  for the Tenant to move out with no monitory repercussion from breaking the lease.     We will continue to adjust the doors as necessary until such time as the Tenants can find suitable affordable housing and move.
