PA totally unaware of her patient medical status. Every time she saw my wife she always almost verbatim the same thing she spoke previously. PA never came in to see my wife with her medical chart in hand or get on the computer to view her chart. As a result she had to ask questions as to the purpose of our visit and she had to be reminded of what she said during my wife's previous visit with her. We felt no empathy or sincerity on the PA's (*******) part for my wife's condition. Really, we felt like a number, like inanimate objects just going through a process for them to bill ******** and get paid. When we initially saw this PA my wife came with two issues, one issue was pain in the both legs and a pain that appeared to be radiating from her back down her right leg. ******* never addressed both issue with a single visit. She scheduled them separate. To include review of test she requested. This resulted in my opinion of excessive billing and unnecessary appointments. Also I'd like to note that on every visit to this clinic it took an average of 30-40 minutes after check-in to be triage. After being triage you taken to a room to sit waiting for the PA another 15-20 all just to be seen for 4-5 minutes. On our last visit to the clinic I asked the lady during triage a question. My question to her in a calm manner was "will there ever be a time we come for our appointments, and we can get in to see the PA 15-20 minutes after check-in? The triage lady (****) didn't answer my question snapped back at us saying you haven't waited but 28 minutes, you're doing good, you're lucky." This lady body language, posture and attitude was very aggressive. I have much more to say but I won't. The most awful experience by a health professional I've ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy for health care. I strongly recommend to the hiring authority for the clinic, the Human Resource Office, to hire someone of color on the staff.
