    I had hired this company A-5 Structures owned by *** J Arbuckle to complete a metal garage 9/13/2021 in the amount he proposed total cost of 17,500.00 . Price covers all materials and labor 1/2 was to be paid up front to lock in price of materials to be ordered upon accepting proposal! I was promised-The supplier is to hold prices 72 hours on materials to be ready and pick up delivery! xxx Arbuckle the owner , said he had a job going and would finish in three weeks! Materials are ordered! Later. We found he used our monies for something else! I finally called the supplier my self found out a material list was ordered On 11/30/21 I called That did not happen he came up with all sorts of excuses to my wife and I ! 12/13/2021 We finally received some material's after threatening to sue him he delivered all proposed 12/14/2021 with inventory of invoices Of $2985.63 .$ 400.00 delivery and approx 364.37 of Misalliance materials including some labor he came out to job site working a hour then leaving I have on a Camera ! He owes us $5000.00 in materials that is not acceptable! The materials that he did deliver was wrong color metal panel , length tin two foot to short , and did not match ! After he announced he was not going to complete his proposed work he tried to get another contractor to finish what he started! The company after coming to project said he would not do the work through A_5Structures *** Arbuckle afraid he would not get paid ! In a week *** Arbuckle announced he was defaulting not completing the project ! I tried to get the amount returned to me $5000.00 . No refund, at one time he agreed in payments of 2000.00, never got it! I finally found a contractor to complete All work incomplete and dry in the garage! It cost me more I found out I was very short on materials! I hired *** Arbuckle on his family's name and friends that recommended his work ! It had a terrible outcome !
