      When they don't pick up for over a week they have zero resolve. Called about this issue and was just told "they will be back next week and they should pick it up, I don't know why they didn't". Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no one I could talk with. Then they hung up because "we are at an impass". Terrible customer service.

      I have called this service many times for either not picking up my garbage, or for placing the emptied can in the middle of middle of my driveway so that I am not able to turn into it from a VERY busy state highway. This is quite dangerous since I simply cannot stop to move it without being run into from behind. They are nice when you call, but so far it hasn't done much good. I would not reccommend them at all.
