    The down payment for the concrete coating was $1098 and the remaining balance of $4394 was financed through Upgrade. Currently, the remaining balance (as of 4/29/2025) is $2394. The original installation date (without kennel removed) was July 12, 2024. The first repair (without kennels removed) was around November to December 2024. ***** visited in December 2024 and saw the areas requiring repair without kennels removed. The second repair was February 12, 2025. Mr. ****** visited on March 12, *******. Arrant did not respond to my email (Subject: UNRESOLVED: Demand for Full Refund - Taylor052024) sent on April 8, 2024. See below and attached for the contents of the referenced email.: Despite my previous communication on March 24, 2025, regarding Taylor052024, I am still awaiting a full refund of $5492. Your offer of a repair is frankly frustrating and unacceptable, especially after the ongoing issues since the initial installation in July 2024. I did not request a repair, and I am not willing to go through more of the same problems I've already experienced.Let me be clear: I will not dismantle the kennels myself, nor will I allow your company to do so. The risk of further financial loss due to a lack of expertise on both sides is too significant.Therefore, I insist on a full refund of $5492, to be processed within 10 business days. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and relevant consumer protection agencies or seek legal recourse through small claims court.
