    This business refuses to work with the customer on paying reasonable installments. I offered $300 a month and the rep wanted $700. Plus he LIED about cutting it in half from Roto Rooter's original $7400 to $3200 to be paid in a year. It still comes out to $7400 and NOT the smaller *** by the end of the year. So he has no intention on cutting the bill in half, or being willing to work with me on reasonable payments. I'm complaining about Roto Rooter too for pressuring me into doing expensive and unnecessary water mitigation when I found out all I needed was a plumber. They refused to fix my plumbing leak because THEY lied and said my water main was broken and it wasn't. RR won't accept installments, only the company they use for a line of credit loan, which I tried to get and was turned down for. So they turned me over to Esp. I got one phonecall from *** where the above referenced conversation took place. He hung up on me and now refuses to take my calls trying to work this out. I sent my dispute letter certified within the 30 days. He will not email me either. This ghosting is unacceptable and the man was rude as h*** too!
