      We had to move our own house. This is despite having hired Atmosphere to do our move. We called and set up our move and received a confirmation email well in advance. They even called and confirmed the day before that the move was happening and the movers would be there between 9am and 10am. We requested the morning due to having to drive 10+ hours in the rental truck to our new address. 10am passes and no word. I call the office and no one answers until the 4th call. They say they will get in contact with the lead mover and get back to us. 30 min pass no word. We call the office with no answer. Two hours later, the lead mover calls and lets us know they are delayed at their other move and that they would call back at 1pm and give us an update as to when they could arrive. 1:40pm rolls past no word. I call and leave messages periodically at the office as time passes to continue to let them know no one has come to move us. We also called the lead mover back who never responded and had no voicemail box. At this point we decided we would start moving stuff into the truck because we still had to drive 10+ hours. We end up moving the entire house ourselves. It took us almost 5 hours to get it done. Then we still had to drive. To top it off It wasnt until 2:33pm the next day that we get a call back from them saying how sorry they were, how unprofessional it was etc, and that the management and owner know and are talking about it That doesnt help us in anyway. My wife and I had to move the entire house ourselves. Then the person on the phone had the audacity to ask if we still needed them for the move. Even if we had needed movers still there is no way I would trust Atmosphere. The way Atmosphere handled our move and the entire situation was completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. No communication whatsoever during a problem. We will never use Atmosphere Movers again and would not recommend them.

      This is a form of robbery. My move was scheduled on June 24th in advance to July 15th move and was given a quote for 1 bedroom of apartment, containing bedroom furniture as well as 2 sofas and kitchen table. The quote was for $800 to transport 30 miles to my storage unit. I called to adjust the invoice twice, during which time I had all the televisions, sofas, dressers and mattress moved by family. I called back on July 8th to confirm changes to the scheduled move. The movers showed up with the biggest truck and didnt seem to be aware of changes I made with office. The mover dropped my box by pushing the dolly forward over the threshold, nothing was wrapped. I received the CC charge and invoice the following day and was charged $800 which was the original invoice. None of my changes were adjusted for and invoice reflected original conversation. I tried to call and no sales manager returned my call so I called again at closing time and spoke to a sales manager who said he would knock off $50 I excepted my invoice to reflect what was actually moved and the price to be charged accordingly to that new invoice. Portion of this charge will be disputed with the credit card company. I am fair and agree to pay for services rendered but this was not professional or adjusted and it is not the customers fault when the employee doesnt notate changes made by customer. These changes had been called in over a week prior to any move and were confirmed by phone at that time. This is not how to conduct business. I dont want some guy deciding how much he will knock off I want an itemized **** and proof of charges. Disputing with the CC company and researching civil court options if this isnt resolved by CC company. I have pictures of what was put into storage.

      We are sorry you had a negative experience, as we regard customer satisfaction highly. We did update your invoice when changes were made and emailed it for your records. We do have all the notes and dates on file of the changes. A check was mailed to you for reimbursement of $75.00 on 7/21/22. We do hope you received it and are at least pleased with the final outcome of our services.
