  I chose Rocket Restorations to install a fortified roof using the Louisiana Fortify Homes program. The program requires getting quotes from at least 3 contractors and I'm very glad that I chose Rocket to perform the roof work even though all 3 quotes were close in price.Rocket was by far the most responsive of the 3 contractors and in addition to the state program "quote form", they were the only one to provide a separate proposal with detailed information on all of the materials including even the type and quantity of the nails. That made it easy to evaluate and when I mentioned a couple of the products, Rocket readily offered to provide upgraded options at no additional cost.All questions, discussions and correspondence during the evaluation period were handled directly with the owner. Phone calls were usually answered directly but call backs were very prompt. Communications after I contracted with Rocket were directly with the owner or the very capable lead *******.Rocket inspected an existing skylight and deemed it was okay. They advised that they would clean it up and reinstall it but they accidentally cracked the glass. They temporarily taped up the existing one and ordered a brand new skylight. When the new skylight arrived, they sent a crew out to remove the existing one and install the brand new all at no extra charge to me.The Rocket crew was large and everyone on the crew worked nonstop the entire day except for a short lunch break. Everything around the perimeter of the house including the pool was completely tarped over during the installation and the job was completed in one day. The owner was present for most of the afternoon until the job was completely finished and the yard was left *********** is rare to find such a responsive and dedicated contractor and I highly recommend Rocket Restorations. They really did go above and beyond on my roofing project but I believe thats their normal operating procedure. Theyre also BBB Accredited.

  10/10 great all around company. They say you can only get two out of three when it comes to price, quality, and timeliness in contracting, but they delivered on all three. Extremely communicative and easy to work withJoe is a fantastic point person and answered absolutely every question. Offered us the best price out of several companies for a fortified roof. Crew did an excellent job and the state had it certified within 24 hours. Couldnt recommend highly enough.

  What a great company! From start to finish, the communications was great, they had the best price and, the front man, ****** was exceedingly helpful. On the day of the roof replacement, the entire team was right on time. The work was completed on time and looks great. The job site was cleaned up better than it was before they started. The install team did a great job covering and protecting our pool from getting any material in it. Overall, this is a well run company, they turn out a quality product and I wouldn't hesitate to have them come on out and install my next roof if the need for one arises (which I hope it doesn't). My hats off to **** the owner (who was on the job site a good part of the day), ****** and the entire crew from Rocket Restorations.

  Rocket Restorations, and its project manager/*******, namely Chance, and the entire roofing crew, did a fantastic job installing my "Fortified" Atlas shingle roof in April 2024. The project was started and completed as scheduled in a timely manner, all pre-project and post-project discussions and meetings were conducted in a professional manner, and ****** even made some recommendations I hadn't considered which added an aesthetic quality to the roof, ****** was always available to answer any questions whether by phone or text, the crew did a great cleanup after the shingle install, and, I feel confident that I have a "Fortified" roof heading into the hurricane season, and the roof looks "GREAT".
