    Yesterday, September 24th, was the most recent incident. But after talking to a few other fellow scrappers like I. It's probably happened Everytime I've been there. My friend know it's happened to him a lot. But they steal our money. It's the guy his name is ****** or ****, black guy drives the forklift who weighs ur metal like copper, aluminum or brass. But I think the other guys are in on it too. Cause they don't say much or get defensive when we question him. But he gives us the wrong price for what we bring in. Or even throws s*** out an re weighs things inaccurately. Unless u are well knowledgeable about ur metals and what ur selling them. But even then, I am confident he finds ways to still s**** people outta what they deserve. You work very hard scrapping metal. It's our choice. But to have somebody sit there and take advantage of anyone they can an to steal their money. When we come there having to trust this company to pay us what they say their gonna pay, well it's wrong. An it disgusts me that they continue to do it an no one is stopping them.

    In response to the Customer Complaint ID # ******** submitted on September 25, 2024 as to the Customers business dealings with our Company, P&W Industries, L.L.C. responds as follows:

    After reviewing the September 26, 2024 letter of ****** ***** of the BBB as well as the Customers Statement of the Problem, our Company conducted an investigation by both reviewing its records, as well as speaking with all pertinent employees, and as a result thereof, the Company emphatically and categorically denies each and every allegation as found in said Complaint, finding no truth to any of the allegations whatsoever.

    Furthermore, the Company has no knowledge, nor has it received either verbal or written complaint, of dissatisfaction by the Customer as it relates to 52 business transactions between the Customer and our Company between August 22, 2022 through September 24, 2024.

    Finally, we consider the Customers complaint to not only be erroneous, but also (potentially) an act of libel and/or defamation, and accordingly we reserve any and all rights against the Customer in connection therewith.
