    This company has made money by installing systems then refusing to provide customer service immediately after installing. The sales person said there was a 30 decision period and the company says ************************** make promises to deliver then say you can cancel because it is beyond the 10 day decision period. The cameras don't work but the response was the door sensors do so the system works. I spent 3 months trying to reach them the sales person ghosts you and you wait on hold for hours. I logged 5 times of over 1 hour and 45 minutes with no one picking up the call. They have someone call you and tell you what the problem is according to their technicians but will not listen to your concerns. Any call out to repair the system is your responsibility to pay. The sales person promises everything then nothing is really delivered. They have a person call you the same night you see the sales person to say you will agree to contract before the system is installed not realizing they are saying its binding before you receive the system. Will not cancel unless you pay the whole term even though you get nothing. Someone needs to investigate the way they do business it's a scam. Buyer beware they are terrible and do not deliver or service their product. Says *************** but all persons I reached were in *********, **** or ********.

    I don't advice anyone to use fluent home security. I have been a customer for years. I decided to change to another alarm system, my contract had been fulfilled a year ago so the only thing I needed to do was my cancelation of service. I did my cancelation September 20,2023 and made my last payment in October 12,2023 and still having problems with them trying to bill me. Run from this company.
