    I was very happy with the support that was given to me. The person who handled my case was very knowledgeable and do to my advance age everyone went out of their way to help me understand everything as I'm 84 years old. Well done

    It was easy to get Hannah certified as an ESA dog. Due to some emotional issues she helps me calm down and is a loyal companion. Without her my life would be very hard.

    With their VIP monthly subscription, if you pay for a year you have a no cost consultation due to it being covered by said subscription. However, if for some reason auto-pay fails to renew they will not give you an accurate prorated discount towards said consultation. For 8 months of being enrolled (for a total of $160) they only offered $40 off, not the 66% that would have been $129 off. I do not recommend anyone enroll in that subscription, as they rip you off if the payment fails to continue. I do not appreciate basically being scammed.

    Im not going to lie and say I didnt trust it but I took a leap of faith and caution and gave it a try. This was a great experience. Very quick. And accurate. You have to pay for what you want and just have to take risks. I love my Baby so much. She is my kiddo. So I have to have her near. I got the emotional support letter. I am able to live with my baby. Didnt mind paying a fee to move in. That wasnt it. And. Yes. Approved by a Licensed professional. Like **** say, Just Do It!

    The whole process was really easy they help you through every step and its 100% legit my landlord did investigation on the letter they gave me from a mental health professional and did not give me any issue I would definitely recommend their services
