      First I'd like to say that the monuments we had made are excellent. We are completely satisfied with the finished products. Unfortunately, that's where the satisfaction ends. If you decide to use this company, you can expect not to have your monument in the time promised. When you call them and ask a status they cannot tell you, at one point I was actually told "we hope to have it in a few months", at that point it was already a few months behind. If you talk to Scotty, you can expect him to seem bothered that you are asking him questions. Once they do have your headstone ready you can expect them to tell you they are going to set it up one day and then when they don't, have excuses that don't make sense to why it wasn't done. Inspect the spelling of names and words, they actually had to remake a piece because they mispelled a name and misspelled the word "daughter" on the sketch for another stone we were having made, fortunately we caught it before it was engraved. We supplied that stone, we thought they were a bit high on price, when asked if maybe they didn't take into consideration that we supplied the stone, Scotty rudely told my sister "that's what it costs, you can come get it." One of these issues alone wouldn't have been a big deal, but all of them combined made the whole process a negative and unpleasant experience. I can not say I would use them again.
