    I, ***********************, placed in order on April 29, 2024 at 1:35pm, order number 6485 in the amount of $55.36. I have emailed the company on three different occasions with no responses. The company website stated that the items would be shipped within 21 business days. I have not received any products as of today August 19, 2024, I want a full refund.

    I made the order on April 1st I ordered 2 bottles of hair oil after 2 months I sent an email waited a week no answer sent another email no and answer sent a private message no answer went on Instagram and asked about my order no answer texted on the phone number I had no answer

    I bought ten products from them on October 20th 2023 and I only received 5 of my items, so I reached out to them on Instagram and they claimed to have forgot to label my order, so they didnt know who to ship it out to and would ship it out to me as soon as possible, but its July 2024 and they never sent the rest of my order.

    I ordered products may 1st. Its been 7 weeks and I have emailed the company asking for when I will receive my products or I want a refund. They have ignored all of my communications and will not provide a refund.

    Ive ordered from this retailer in the past, and I didnt have any issues. Im not sure what is going on now, but something is very wrong.On 10/15/2023, I placed order # ****. The retailer had another sale, so I placed order # **** on 10/20/2023. The coupons didnt work correctly on order # ****. I didnt want to miss the limited time deals, so I placed the order. I immediately sent an email at 9:18 am CST on 10/20 about the order. The email was entitled Two Questions About Order # #****. I never received a response on that email. I sent multiple emails to the customer service area. In the meantime, I awaited the orders. Neither order had been delivered.On 11/15, the owner sent out an email entitled order shipped mentioning a shipping error that had been identified.On 11/26, the owner sent out an email entitled inquiry in which she requested that customers who had not received their order text her to let her know.I have texted the company multiple times about both orders. I never received a response to the text messages.Keep in mind, the texts were in addition to the emails that I sent.Order #**** from 10/15 was finally delivered on 12/04/2023 (almost 2 months later), but order #**** was never delivered.On 12/07, I received an email saying that order # **** was on the way. As I type, if you pull the tracking, it shows that the order has been in pre-shipment with **** since 12/07/2023, and today is 02-22-2024.This is highly unprofessional. Once the owner identified shipping issues back in November, she should have either manually gone through the system to ensure that all orders were fulfilled properly, or she should have responded to the people who texted her.I hate this, because I believe that the company has good products made with quality ingredients. Ignoring paying customers is an absolute no-no.
