Pool and Spa installed my pool in Aug 2021. The pool heater has never worked. I have been calling them for almost 3 years now. They continue to give me the run around. They either ignore my calls or they show up and don't fix the problem. I just want them to fix or replace the defective pool heater.

I contacted ****** at Pool and Spa Center on February 2022 to design and build a in ground swimming pool. The contract and money was paid 6 months after we agreed on a certain design and measurement's. The job was done in April 2023. These are just a handful of problems I have had with ******. Problems: Shortened the length of my pool, he did not use the correct measurements. The tanning ledge and jacuzzi were not on the correct sides that I asked for, they are opposite than the design. My chain wall for my fence was broken by them in the middle of construction, and I paid someone to fix it. The travertine that was put around my pool, it was not leveled correctly and was coming up it also had holes, cracks and discoloration on them. Someone could have fell and hurt themselves, that's how much it's raised up.I had drains around my home to help with water flow and flooding, and after they build the pool I noticed that water was backed up on my patio. I had to hire someone to come and dig the drains out. They found 6 buckets of dirt, gunite and rocks all from the mess they had in my yard. I had another company come out and look at my pool and was told that the whole thing needed to be replastered. Pool and Spa Center came back and replastered the pool and now I have rust all through out the bottom of the pool. I have never received my equipment to clean the pool (Vacuum) just naming one major thing. I have tried to resolved all these issues for a year with phone calls, text messages, emails and going to his office. Pool and Spa Center has stopped all communication with me since May 2023. He will not respond to me at all. My pool looks like a 10 year old pool instead of a 1 year old pool. This are just a few problems that I have had to deal with, I can't express enough how by trusting this company was such a horrible mistake.
