      Incompetence. Could not execute a wire transfer and insisted they did everything correctly. Triple checked to make sure everything was correct on my end (and it was) and their excuse was it's in the back office now. Then, a banker and her two managers who's names I forget I am not permitted to discolse, could not tell me when or if I will receive my money! They also told me after the wire was executed, that they've been having trouble with wire transfers!Wish you would have told me that before!!!
