    March 23, 2022 I met with Bath Fitter associate (***), order for shower installation with pivoting glass shower door placed. Glass pivoting shower door was discussed in length. *** assured me that Bath Fitter was able to install that specific type of glass shower door. Shower door cost is included in the total price of $11,******. June 8, 2022 Bath Fitter installer began shower installation. June 10, 2022 installer completed the shower installation, but did not install the glass shower door. Discussed shower door that was included with shower installation, installer did not have any idea of the shower door to be installed. Call placed to Bath Fitter *************) and spoke with *******. ******* was unable to assist me and in turn ******* had *** contact me. When I spoke to *** he acted like we did not discuss the pivot glass door order and installation. *** and I discussed installation of Pivot Glass shower door picture shown on page 18 of Bath Fitters product catalog. *** took measurements at that time.7.5.2022 ******************* (local branch leader) visited and observed the shower area and measurements of the shower door area taken. In conversation, *** admitted to discussing door issue with ***, ***, and ******* at the office. *** admitted to knowing from the beginning that Bath Fitter was unable to provide me with the glass shower door that I desired. I expressed to Pat that if this was a known issue, why wasnt I contacted and notified of issue? No answer to this question was provided, this was not a miss understanding of any kind. I suggested to *** that I get a glass shower door estimate from a local glass company and have that estimated amount deducted from the total project cost of $11, ******. *** agreed and I presented him with an estimate from Star Glass $2, ******. *** asked me to get another estimate from Reliable Glass, I agreed.Please see Attachment for Detailed Explanation
