      I have a **** Cadillac Escalade ESV that I drove through their carwash on December 16, 2022. Their equipment tore the third light off of the top of the tailgate and broke it. One of the employees brought the broken light out to me and filed a report of the incident for the manager. They never contacted me, so about 3 or 4 weeks later, I went there and spoke to the manager. She told me that there was nothing they were going to do because my vehicle is more than 7 years old. I went there for a $15-$20 carwash....I shouldn't have to bear the expense of fixing what their equipment broke, regardless of the age of my vehicle. I have never had any damage done by the hundreds of other carwashes I've been through with this vehicle.
