      Excellent, Personalized Fireplace Service Radiating Warmth! I highly recommend A Noble Chimney Sweep. They deserve much recognition for a job well done! We requested an inspection of our chimney due to Hurricane Ida damage. The general manager, Malcolm Munster, was a pleasure to work with as he is professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, strategic, honest, available, diligent, kind, courteous, empathetic and easygoing. He set up the inspection that we requested, answered my numerous questions, and took time to explain the whole process from the old fireplace removal to the new fireplace installation. He was so helpful in sending photos, diagrams, a detailed report, links to information, and problem-solving. The inspection report was meticulously and professionally done. The inspection helped us to understand the extent of our chimney damage and consider options for replacement and to have information for us to submit to our insurance. The inspection also showed that our chase was damaged. We had the chase repaired first before proceeding with the vented fireplace replacement. The gas log set is beautiful! The owner, Mr. Norman, came to our home also to assist the crew. It was a pleasure to meet him. I was deeply touched by how much he cares about his customers and employees to have a truly awesome experience with his business. He wants his service and products to be of quality, safe, enjoyable, and affordable. He is an expert in his field and more and operates with integrity, humility, kindness, and resiliency. The crew also was outstanding. Much thanks to Tyler, Tim, Jo Jo, … They were prompt, hardworking, courteous, dependable, resourceful, and showed great workmanship and thoroughness. A Noble Chimney Sweep from start to finish consistently delivered brilliantly and radiantly. They have five shining, bright stars for being amazing.
