    On December 11, 2022, I purchased gas at Exxon - Brothers Food Mart, located at **************************************************************. I began to pump gas at pump #5, but it was pumping extremely slowly so I only got $0.09 worth of gas. Then, I proceeded to pump gas at pump #6 which was also pumping slowly so I only got $4.53 worth of gas. Becoming frustrated because of the slow pumping gas, I stopped pumping gas at pump #6 and got into my car and drove away. After driving approximately 2 blocks from Exxon-Brothers Food Mart location, my car begin to sputter and eventually stalled as I managed to maneuver into ********* parking lot at the intersection of ************* and *****************, ********, **. My car failed to start up; therefore, it was towed to ******************** the following day on Monday, December 12, 2022. One week later, I was contacted by the service department at Lexus to inform me that water was discovered in my gas tank which caused the vehicle not to start. On December 21, 2022, my car was repaired by ************************* in the amount of $1043.68. After my car was repaired, I went back to Exxon-Brothers Food Mart to make a complaint and to request reimbursement. Subsequently, an employees at Brothers Food Mart provided me with a phone number to *******************, District Manager, **************, but after speaking with ****************, she stated she would have someone call me about my complaint. However, I never received a call from anyone. Also, I was provided contact information to *************************************, **************, email: ************************************** I called **************************, but no one answered the phone so I left a voice message and never received a call back from him. In addition, I was given contact information to *************************, **************, email: ******************************** I called and spoke with **************** and explain my situation. **************** stated he was out of town and asked me to send him and email explaining my situation. I sent an email to him and never received a response via email from him and never received a call back from him. I am contacting Better Business Bureau in hopes of a resolution to this matter which is to request total reimbursement in the amount of $1043.68 for the cost of repairs to my vehicle. I own a 2016 ES350 ***** and never have experienced any problems with my car in the past. Finally, I have a copy of the expense repair bill if needed. Thank you and I appreciate any assistance that you can provide in seeking resolution to this matter.
