Within the past year I have been asking this company to send me proof of validation for both accounts #*******L0003 as this is reporting inaccurately and being "updated". If these accounts were reporting accurately initially, there would be no need for updating inaccurate information. After speaking with an attorney, I was able to get more insight on my consumer rights. I am looking to purchase a home and desperately contacted this company to pay these accounts despite my rights and after learning that the accounts will only be "updated", I felt I was in an very unfair situation, what do you do when your back is against the wall? I got educated and I am asking that this debt be verified or removed from my credit report. Please send to me HOW THIS WAS VERIFIED, do not send any delay letters.Provide me with the following:1. Full Accounting of the accounts 2. Every Charge and what was purchased, fees, payments, credits and interest 3.How you calculated what you claim I owe 4. Full chain of assignments from charge off to present 5. Contracts with my signature and/ or 6. 1099 If you cant provide me with sufficient proof as listed above, then you MUST DELETE the above accounts from all three credit reports asap. According to FDCPA 809(b) furnishing, verifying and updating is considered collection activity. If you verify the inaccuracy from credit bureaus without providing me with all items listed, you will be in violation.15 USC 1681s-2 I await a response

I have been with La Capitol Federal Credit Union since 2008 never had an issue until this past December 2023 to this current day. I had experienced some financial difficulties and communicated this to the bank. The communications of concerns somehow ended with me being blocked from managing my account on-line, which I am okay with that. I asked for postal mail notifications to resolve any financial matters pending with, no result. I have gone to the bank and have encountered lack of assistance. I am trying to avoid this account being reported as delinquent to the credit bureaus. I am unsure of how much I owe in accuracy. I have made affordable payments regardless of the circumstances to avoid any legal matters. Because of the multiple accounts linked to the bank/account this has caused me creditability issues, as well as financial hardship.Every time I call the number to their assistance line; I am giving information that still does not resolve the matter.I just want to be contacted via mail and in writing and given the opportunity to resolve all matters so I can close this bank account.

On 10/03/23 I was involved in a no fault accident. On 10/04/2023 I notified my lien holder La Capital federal credit union about the accident and the possibility of the vehicle being a total loss. On the same day (insurance advance collateral protection insurance) in the amount of $3,482.00 was added to my loan balance. I've contacted the bank multiple times since 10/06/2023 and spoke with ***************************** in collections. She kept telling me that there was no insurance collateral added to my auto loan balance. However in my account portal it shows the date and amount of the advance insurance collateral that was added. I spoke to ******** again this am an instead of her trying to hear my concern and find a resolution to the problem she refused to answer any questions and hung up. I called back and she also refused to provide her supervisor or managers name. I sent a message via the online portal requesting a call to discuss the advance insurance collateral. I then received a call from representative ******* who stated the insurance collateral was added. She stated my auto insurance sent a check to them which went towards the advance insurance collateral and the remaining went to the balance of my auto loan. On 09/22/203 my auto loan balance was $21, ****** with a monthly payment of $486.42. Then on 10/04/2023 my auto loan balance increased to $25,002.52 with an increased monthly payment of $1,553.16 being due on 10/12/2023 due to the advanced collateral insurance of $3,482.00 being added. This is not the 1st time this has happened with my auto loan with this bank. The 1st time this happened I kept receiving calls from there collection department threatening repossession if the advance collateral insurance was not paid. It took them almost 6 weeks to refund the money to my account after there 3rd party insurance verification proved to be incorrect and they called to verify with my auto insurance company that I had insurance coverage the entire time with no lapse.
