    I had been to this clinic since April 25 with skin condition, get sling tasted to find out what have cause this condition wait for two weeks for results, clinic call me back and prescribe me some medicine for the condition, the stuff was informed me to wait for no longer then 24 hours then pharmacy to contact to get my medication, I been waiting and waiting three weeks past and still didnt get any contact and still didnt get my medicine but my bill was already arrived so basically I got my bill before my medication, I have to pay even before I got treated. My skin problem still didnt get fix and they already ask me to pay

    Years ago I purchased a $1500 gift certificate for Exilis treatments. I still have the gift certificate and it has no expiration date. Old Metairie Dermatology changed to Sanova Dermatology Old Metairie. I got an email and a letter about this change but it assured patients only the name was changing that services would not. It mentioned nothing about gift certificates expiring. I called to make an appointment for the *************** I was told I had to go for a office visit prior to the service to be cleared. I made that appointment and paid for that appointment and was told I could schedule the service which I did. A few days later I get a phone call from Sanova. They want to know how I am going to pay for the service. I told them I had a gift certificate. They spent some time looking through their records. Then they asked, "the one you purchased on xx/xx/xx (I don't remember the date). I said yes. They said I could not use that gift certificate. They said they have no way of finding that money. I told them there was no expiration date on the gift certificate. They said they had changed bank accounts and had no idea where that money was. They had a record of when I purchased the certificate, they claimed they just could not find the money. I asked them "So you are telling me my $1500 is just gone?'. They said yes. I find this completely and totally unacceptable.
