  After finding an honest contractor I am passing them forward. B&B Electric will work through your problems and do what is best. Find their price then pay it. The B&B apprentice is a diamond. She will keep your best interest in mind. Good work is hard to find.

  B&B Electrical Services was Great, My day had just started and I went to turn on my lights and everything went out , at first I thought it was an Entergy problem but it was way worst, I called them and they came right away. Not only did they fix the problem but they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. My day just went bad to good. I highly recommend B&B services for all of your electrical needs, I know who Im calling if I have any electrical issues.

  I utilized the services of ***** ******** this morning (10/11/23) as I have for the past 23 years and once again they did an excellent job. My dishwasher died and before I spent $500 on a new dishwasher I called ***** at *****. The service attendant on the phone, *******, was able to get me an appointment within 24 hours. ***** and his crew diagnosed the problem quickly- a burnt-out wire. They fixed the issue and stabilized the dishwasher as well, which was ************************. ***** and his crew are very personable, proficient, professional, and above all they fix the problem expeditiously. I am happy to recommend ***** ******** for any electrical work that *** need to be done.

  HORRIBLE! Rip-off! Do NOT use this company and it needs to be removed from the BBB. I had my disabled sisters porch light go out. I tried several lightbulbs and determined it was the socket. When *****, the owner came out, he made me feel dumb because he got it on by s******* it in ridiculously hard. $185, but only $150 because he, felt sorry for me. The next day, the new lightbulb had shattered all over my seeing impaired sisters porch. I called him. You didnt fix the problem! I TOLD YOU it was the socket. Nope wouldnt accept that. He then tried to talk me into buying a whole new fixture. He also told me this time it would be $185. It was extremely upsetting to me! I asked again Cant you just replace the socket? They told me no it was a pain in the neck and he would just rather put in a new fixture so I asked him again, just to be sure, youre telling me you wont replace just the socket? he said yes, thats what Im saying horrible, horrible service. I called to complain only to find out that ***** is the owner so theres no one to complain to. But I am here. Take this company out of the BBB was a horrible experience.

  We notified the customer that the fixture is very old and not worth repairing just the socket. We informed customer that if she purchased a new fixture we would come back out and install it for $35.00. We find the consumer's response slanderous considering she only told one side, hers. The sad truth is with any field the consumer has not been trained or they do not have the knock ledge to make informed decisions if they do not want to take the advice of a professional. Some things are just not worth putting a band aid on, depending on the age of the fixture. We have been in business since the 1980's and a member of the BBB for as long as I can remember. We have always prided ourselves on great customer service and and fair pricing. We really cherish our customers and go above and beyond to help them have the best outcome.
