    Big Herc never completed the job, over $50,000 of work. It was two of them ***** and ******* . They were supposed to do the electrical, hvac and plumbing. They had Natchez Heating and Cooling to come do the HVAC work, after we set a price, I paid partial to begin, and the rest after. I thought they were done, but I received a letter from Natchez Heating and Cooling for the bill of $14,637.00 an outstanding balance bc they never paid them. Now, i have to get someone else to come and complete the rest of the electrical work bc they changed numbers and all. Plumbing and electrical is not complete and all they do is lie about coming back. My breaker box has wires galore, no recess lights put up or anything. I am at a big financial loss, after our house burned this is what they did to me and my family. And was still trying to get me to give them money, after they have been paid in full, bc they did not get all the supplies as he should have, then told me i would have to buy the lights. Just plain ole con artists. so no warranty on anything and still had to hire someone else to finish the work. this is sad. they never intended to finish, they just wanted to plot to take, and took my stove. now i had to hire a lawyer, this is crazy, and they do not need a license just to mess over people.

    *********************** owner of Big Herc Electric LLC did not refund me $30,000 of money owed due to misappropriation of funds given to him to renovate my home. I gave him an extended deadline in good faith of August 5, 2023 and now 90 days later, no refund and no response. I have had to now hire a lawyer to try and get my money back. Please be advised when working with him, or anyone affiliated with this company. Shame on someone who will take a person's hard earned money and spend it as he wishes. I am trying to survive and still fix up the house *************** was hired to do. This has put me in a financial bind. Avoid this business at all cost.
