          This seems to be a fake company. On 5/2/ 25 I phoned ****** **** to come to my home to service my ********** as he only does in-home service. He said that his $49.99 service fee would cover any minor problems including any faulty fuse(s) etc. My first 'alert' (that he may have not been as professional as he said on the phone) was when he said that a stripped s**** holding the cover on was bad (as if that prevented the unit from working). He then fumbled around for 1/2 hour or so until he took pictures (for another $25.00) to take with him, supposedly, to send to the manufacturer of the radio. I called him on two different occasions and each time he made an appointment to return but never did. I want my entire $75.00 returned as he has only wasted my time and stolen my money. I have since had the unit professionally repaired.

      I am in electronic service business for over 30 years. When the customer called, he said he had a ********** to repair. I told him my service (trip) charge was $49 and if any minor problem like fuse or bad connector or loose soldering connection, it would be repaired at the same time. I opened the ********** and it was over 20 years older model. I found 2 screws stripped from cover. I did the reset factory mode and did not work and also checked for any bad connections or loose contacts. I mentioned to the customer that it would cost him $25 as I had to take pictures of model number and inside main board to send information to the Boss part distributor and customer agreed. I send the information to the **** part distributor and said they did not have the parts for the older model and no longer available. I also tried different distributors to check if anybody carried the parts for the **********. I told the customer i will call him as soon as i find the part. The customer called and said he found a s**** inside but i had already checked and there was no s**** inside and I also told him that none of the distributors had the parts and no longer available in stock.

      The amount paid was only for non-refundable service trip charge and $25 diagnostic & research charge.

        This 'repairman' said that he would send pictures of the interior of my ********** to the manufacturer to see if they still had parts for it. I don't know if he did or not because he never called me back. I finally called him and he set an appointment date to return. He never came or called.
