  My son had a birthday at Skyzone for Saturday, May 18th. This did not happen because according to Skyzone, there was a plumbing problem in the location, therefore nothing could be booked and honored until Sunday. So, I come Sunday, May 19th, because they told me to come back because I had it booked for Saturday. I arrived at Skyzone only to find no reservation on record. They had no problem taking my down payment and price for the party room. I get there at about 12:45 to 1:00, I pay and wait because they tell me that my room is being prepared twice, then the next time they tell me at about 2:30, that there are no rooms available and that the next one would be available at 5:00pm. Keep in mind, I have paid for my son and his party to jump, which they were jumping, but I had to wait an addition 2 hrs plus to ever get into a room. At this point, I am upset and didnt want to cause a scene, I asked for my money back for a room I didnt want any more. Fast forward to June 13th, I have not been paid the rest of my $223 dollars that I paid for the party room, after calling on three different occasions. This is very upsetting and frustrating. Its crazy how companies are eager to take your money, but when its time to refund money, they move very slow. I wont be going to this location again, or potentially any of the other locations as well.

  Zero I need to give a zero and hire a lawyer!** are from Ms. ** visited Sky zone ******** riverside while we were visiting for a birthday.we stood in line with our 2 daughters, 2 grandchildren and a friends child.the kids were excited and bouncing around.** got to the front the girl rung us up then said do yall plan on doing concessions today we have a special to save at the concession for just a couple dollars more.I said sure we will probably be getting food with all these kids she made a comment about kids then asked where we were from I told her from *********** and down for a birthday. As we were talking she helped me scroll trouth all the places to sign fir everything (which should be on camera) there was no reading anything and furthermore if I wanted to I couldn't with all the scrolling.i paid ****** then spent another40- 50. At concessions.march and my surgery go by and on April 4th I notice a ****** sky zone charge out my account.so I pulled it up and they charged me for March ****** and April ******? I only have 2 children,we live in ***********,after trying fir over a week and no answer at the business I finally cakked party planning and got someone.she put in the complaint and explained I was only visiting and did not give permission for anyone to charge my account again more would I living in another state.finally tonight I get a email saying we have canceled your membership but we can't refund your ****** cause you signed a contract WHAT??? WHAT CONTRACT??? I Was told we were getting a special for that day for concessions.I only have 2 children and live in ***********.They have this set up to deceive and take advantage of people and you'll never know cause they push you through and show you where to sign so you never know what's going on.People are blessed to afford to take children to do anything these days as expensive as everything is Then to be set up and stolen from!!! I Tried reaching out they didnt care!This company is Horrible!
