    Review:I strongly advise against using Green Country Rooftops. They installed my roof in October 2021, and by early 2025, it required a full replacement due to poor workmanship. The shingles were not correctly placed or nailed, leading to major issues far sooner than expected.The owner reached out based on review, the owners response was unprofessional and harassing rather than taking accountability. If youre considering this company, Id be happy to share proof of their subpar work and the messages I ************* yourself the time, money, and stresschoose a reputable roofing company instead.

    There is a reason we have maintained an A+ rating since we started in 2009. **** has installed over 3k roofs and if this is only and worst complaint then I call that a success. At the time we installed Mrs ****** roof, it was extremely hot and the tar on shingles turns to liquid molten almost. In removing the shingles some of them scraped her stucco and left black streaks. We accepted full responsibility and Mrs **** deducted thousands of dollars and neglected to pay balance on contract amount and we were perfectly content with that. This company never tried to argue and decided what's fair is fair. Not to mention we didn't have say so anyway. So time moves on and years go by and to our dismay Mrs **** appears out of nowhere with a negative review saying she needs a whole new roof the work was sub par. Note to Mrs ***** all of our roof installations come with a 7yr workmanship warranty. The practical solution would have been to at least call the command notify them of an issue. Instead you refused. More interested in bickering and damaging our reputation rather than having us inspect the roof and address any imperfections. That's all we ask for is to have opportunity to stand by our work and we were deprived of the opportunity. We are sincerely upset you had bad experience and the repair guy charged you $500 and got on your roof with a tube of caulk and can of spray paint and called that a repair. We even offered to pay his bill!! Please reach out at your convenience, but try to call during normal working hours

    Contractor agreed to conduct a site visit for repairs related to his prior roofing work, then his team no-showed two or three times and he ignored all follow-up emails and messages.

    We are sorry you had a bad experience and unfortunately we decided it was in best interest of both parties to not enter into contract. Hopefully you found right contractor and the work was Pristine and your home looks beautiful!!!
