      a collection charge off item showed up on my credit report saying I owe $2,238 to independence emergency group LLC . I have never been there and I have never received a bill from them , this just showed up one day . I need help please.

      On 12/17/24, a collection account appeared on my credit report for ******************. I disputed the charge with the credit bureaus and discovered that the company that is claiming that I have an outstanding balance is Independence Emergency Group. This was a complete shock to me because for one, I pay all of my bills, and for two, I never received any bill, statement, or communication from this Independence Emergency Group prior to this collection account appearing on my credit report indicating I have an outstanding bill for any services that I supposedly received. I contacted the collection company and was told that the bill is for the physician/physicians group that serves *********************. Again, I have never received a bill for any services I may have received. I have lived at my current address since 2022, so had there been any sort of communication from Independence Emergency Group, I would have received it. There is no number listed to contact these people and I think that is absolutely ridiculous! I will not be forced to pay a balance of $2571 when I have not received any proof that I received any medical services that were not billed to my insurance!

      Not sure what other information you all need to proceed with my complaint that I never received any form of communication from Independence Emergency Group indicating that I had an unpaid balance of 2571 prior to the collection account for *********** appearing on my credit report. However, I am attaching a screenshot of the collection account that is now on my credit report. Thanks

      I am 76 years old and retired Navy. I noticed a claim on my credit report from collection management in the amount of $739.00 for Independence Emergency Group LLC. I called the 800 # listed on the Credit Report which was ***************** and they had no record of me. I called ********************** and they wanted my Credit Card Number so they could charge me a dollar to try to resolve the issue but refused to look into whether they had me in their system and would not proceed any further unless I gave them my Credit Card Number. I could find no number to contact Independence Emergency Group LLC. I disputed the charge with ******** but they refused to remove it.

      I am not liable for this debt with INDEPENDENCE EMERG GROUP LLC , I do not have a contract with MBA LAW, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested

      I received a notice from my credit monitoring company that a charge was sent to collections by Independence Emergency Group. I have not sought medical attention. Allegedly, I went to the hospital on December 19, 2022. I have never gone to that hospital. I do not even live in that city. This company does not even really exist. After investigationg, I found that the address is bogus. Phone number is dead, and the *** is a chain of ***s. I am not even in the hospital's system as a patient. This is a fraudulent company attempting to scam people.

      I checked my credit history today for the first time and came across a debt for ***** dollars from a collection agency from March 29th 2022 for a independence emerge group llc I have never received a loan nor have I ever gotten service from this company I believe this is a mistake and I would this issue resolved immediately with this being taken off my credit report and receiving an apology from the company and maybe even a generous compensation for the stress caused by this matter otherwise a lawsuit will be put in action thank you and God Bless
