    I purchased an Certified pre-owned Acura TLX on on 05/03/2023. When I purchased it, the salesman there was a few items that were missing or on back order and they promised me to get to me. These items were the following:Flat tire emergency kit Extra Key Car floor mats ***** I was sold a car with tints that were illegal in the state and I had to pay out of pocket $250 to get them removed.The only one I received was the flat tire kit within the first month due to being a requirement to have. The key was on back order due to chip shortage. I asked every time I went to service my vehicle and was told that was still on back order. Then in October of 2024 they told me they were finally backfilling the key request and I would have one shortly. Come back after my car broke down from a radiator failure and now they have a new sales manager and they wont give me a key because the salesman ***** no longer worked at the dealership and there was no paperwork reflecting that they owed me anything. Nor did they have an order on their system for it.The rugs I was given the runaround, but at the end they wanted me to pay for an upgrade. Which I did not agree to, so I kept the ones it had, which was missing one rear floor mat. I was already mad for them deceiving me to go with a loan through their dealership for 6.26% when the other loan I was approved was 5.26%. I did not noticed until the first payment of the loan and then reviewed the paperwork. But their financial manager told me that it was the same apr, and that it would be better to use their loan company.Their service department is really nice but their sales team were not the greatest in customer service and support. And it is sad I have to submit a complaint instead of dealing with it in person.

    Recently purchased a used Acura (2007). Brought the vehicle to Walker Acura for routine service and was told they will not service my vehicle since it is greater then 10 years old and that i've never brought it there before.

    Services originally meant to be a battery change. Instructed to use a new battery I brought in with the car. ****************** ordered a new battery which took a week, installed it instead of the battery I bought. my partner picked the car up and never signed off on anything stating what was done or what the charges were for. on his way home the car DIED. Brought back to service department and now the car has been there since August. Multiple charges to my card without permission. services received not as described, department refused to communicate clearly about charges/vehicle status, car is now broken at their dealership and they are quoting me an additional $4k

    I went in to get an oil change and the wait was 3 hrs. They had so many personal issue going on it was ridiculous! I called customer service to filed a complaint, and was told to reach out to management to get this resolved. I was scheduled an appointment to get my oil change that Friday. I left around 4pm that evening. When I arrived home I notice my driver door was making a noise also my window was making a noise. I called the next morning when they open and was told to come in. When I got off from work that Saturday I went in around 12:30 pm. Me the service lady and ***** went over the pictures that was taken before my car was serviced, and saw that my driver side door was not like that when I brought It in to Acura. ***** stated that I could leave my car there and get a loaner car. I stated that I didnt want them touching my car and I would bring it there myself. He wrote the information down on a piece of paper and told me to go there, and have them to called him when I arrive .******************* shop said I would have to called and make an appointment on Monday. I spoke with ***** and told him that they said it would be 2 to 3 hrs and I would have to come back. I didnt like that I would have to wait all that time for there mistake. I asked could I bring it to **** collision he said yes and he works with them as well. I called and made an appointment to go in and also told ************ was going. He told me to let him know if I need a loaner, and I told him it was walking distance from my job so no thanks. I went in they gave me my car back within 15 mins. My car wasnt fix correctly! I called Acura they were very unprofessional. **** told me he was done with me and I was involved in a accident and hung up. I was on the phone with customer the whole time. This place needs to be shut down. If I would have known the service was this bad I would have not bought an Acura!

    I wrote a review previously. I was charged for a service that I had no acknowledgment on or my consent. I brought it to management and was brush off I was not allowed to get my car until it was paid my appointment was at 9:40. I had to call back at 3:38 and still no one looked at my car. I brought it in with simple instructions yet they did what they wanted and once I went over everything they brushed me off the service lady **** began ignoring me and dealing with a customer that was behind me. Yet I was still polite. I took it upon myself to contact management and yet there was no satisfaction. I was charged $201 or a service I did not authorize. This is so unprofessional. My mother had issues with walker acura. And I still have them a chance. Which I regret

    I am writing in regards to an incident that occurred on 11/28/2022 to be specific I will attach the email I wrote:Hi *******, I hope this email finds you well as I am currently at the dealership Walker Acura that you service. I came in to have an oil change and tire rotation as well as check engine light ************ representative that I spoke with was ****** . I arrived about 9am and at about 11:15 ****** came in and advised based on my check engine light I need an air flow hose to be replaced which wasnt in stock nevertheless I was advised they were not able to do my tire rotation because one of the lugs were too tight and they did not want to damage it and he then began to say some were missing. Once he said that I advised to him none were missing I had all of them and never had an issue with my tires I asked can I see the car he said they are wrapping things up . Once the car came from the back at 12:35ish I discovered broken tire lugs off my car driver side two broken ones back driver one broken and the right passenger one broken one. I did not come to the service department with my car in this shape. This is very very upsetting yet very dangerous. I am refusing to take the vehicle as I am afraid my wheels can fly off which is very unsafe to drive. ****** was trying to advised to me this was previously damaged which it was not as I have photos. I advised to him to give me the lugs that ******* who actually serviced the car broke . At first ****** attempted to give me the car and said they were missing yet they were broken off. I currently only have two in my possession after I requested he give them all to me yet they are refusing to give me the other two. I really would like my vehicle back in the same condition as I brought it here. There is no way I can driver with broken tire lugs off the car on all 3 tires. I had to file a claim with my insurance company and pay a deductible for the damages and they ignoring the insurance for responsibility .

    My 2021 Acura RDX was brought to the dealership for normal maintenance (tire ************** change). During the course of maintenance the service technician damaged my rim in the lug nut well area of the rim while mounting/removing the tire for the rotation service. Walker Acura claims the rim can be repaired, the shop that repairs the rim says the rim cannot be repaired due to the location of the damage. The dealership is unable to have the rim repaired therefore the rim should be replaced. The director of operations *************************** refuses to replace the rim and also *************************** will go more than 4-5 business days before returning phone calls and leaves any and all email communication unanswered. *************************** also refused to repair the damage to the ceramic coating that was done on the rim. My property was damaged by the dealership the damage occurred to both the ceramic coating and the rim. Both of these items need to be repaired / replaced. I expect a resolution from the dealership in a timely manner and I also expect good communication from the dealership.
