    I have been a loyal customer of Natural Lashes for 5 years, and a very generous tiper. I had a scheduled Appointment Saturday, April 1st with Lash Technician *******. Upon arrival another Technician who had done my lashes before informed me she will be my Lash Artist for today. I politely explained to her she must be mistaken my appointment was made over 3 weeks ago with ******** whom I personally requested, because she knows exactly what preferred look I wanted. To make a long story ********************* called the Manger he rudely and unkindly said ******* schedule was full for today and she will not be able to fit me in at all, and ***** Client will be arriving shortly, and she also will not be able to do my lashes and I should just leave. I have never felt so disrespected, and humiliated like that in my life. I feel Natural Lashes is very un- professional in handling business. Management should have called me ahead of time to let me know they had changed my Lash Technician so I, could have had the option to decide what I wanted to do, instead allowing me to show up Saturday, under the impression that my Appt. was confirmed with *******. I was so disappointed, hurt and appalled b/c I explained to them I was attending a Wedding and in desperate need of someone to do my lashes. Management disregarded all my requests and made no attempt to rectify the issue that could have been easily corrected. In my opinion it is so unethical for any business to just treat a Client/Customer so rudely without offering accommodating them some way. Natural Lashes ruined my whole day. I will not be going back there any more.
