  I am having the same experience as everyone else. I paid $30k for a property at auction in May. Still havent received closing paperwork. The parish nor the city has heard from them regarding paying the tax liens. I can not close on the property nor can I get my money back. So where do we go from here?

  I purchased a property through CivicSources auction on March 3, 2025, and the property was later redeemed. I was told by their Investor Relations team that my reimbursementover $83,000would be sent by June 17. That date has come and gone, and now no one will respond to my calls or emails. I was even told that they dont have any funds right now to reimburse anyone.This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how CivicSource is handling investor money. Its been months and *** received no payment, no timeline, and zero accountability. If youre thinking of buying through CivicSource, understand that you may not get your money back if a property is redeemed.I'm now preparing to file formal complaints with the Louisiana Attorney General and pursue legal action if this is not resolved immediately.

  I was told I would get my deposit returned in 90 days. It's been over a hundred. Civic source is holding over 50,000 deposits collecting 4% interest. Do the math. This is fraud. The owners of the deposits should get the interest.

  Having same experience at ****** V. Called multiple times I even sent in a complaint because ****** does not respond ignored my messages calls and it is odd that even the county never received any paper work from civic source

  It's been nearly 3 months and I haven't received any follow up about a closing process being completed. I have paid over $6,400 to civic source and I have not gotten a reply. Trisha G - the closing attorney has acted completely unprofessional and is costing me time and money. I've called the office, left voicemails and emailed the company numerous times. They have failed to follow through with their agreement after I paidy deposit, completed auction and paid for the property. They also need to request the recording of an affidavit on another property I bought but they have failed to respond.
  Civic source please contact me to complete the agreement on your end

  It been pass 90 days since 10/2/2024 I was told I will receive a refund ***** days its 1/15/2025 still havent received my $850 refund deposit and has not received a response back on when I will be issued it. Every time I call and email It keep getting pushed to the account department and nothing happening or no response back this is really ridiculous at this point
