I am very pleased with the work that Mighty Dog did on my siding. Their workers tore off the old siding, replaced any rotten wood, put up foam board insulation, installed the siding and all the trim on some of the hottest days New Orleans has seen. They removed my shutters and put them back up also. Their team was professional and efficient. Their work was amazing. They showed up when they said they would start and finished in a reasonable time. They are even going to stop by and seat 2 of the shutter tie backs as it took a while to get them. I have only good things to say about Mughty Dog Roofing and their team and quality of product and workmanship.Mighty Dog Roofing of Greater New Orleans

I am very happy working with Mighty Dog Roofing. After the experience I had with my previous company that I had to fire and start my **************** again, The first time I met with ***************************, he gave me a lot of valuable pointers that the other competitors did not. He was very helpful to me knowing that I was going thru this process for the first time. He made it seem to not overwhelming for me. Once he got the paperwork rolling, the work was being done and completed. He has gone above of all that was expected of him. **************** was also helpful to me and I will and have recommended the Mighty Dog Team to a lot of people who has asked me about my experience. These two men are a great access to this company. **************** was a great pleasure working with he is always informative and always available when I need information. He called to inform me about my inspection late one night and apologized for it being so late. I informed him that this was important information and I did not mind whatever time it might be. Happy to enthusiastically recommend Mighty Dog- within a week of calling to schedule an initial consult we had a new roof. ***** and ******'s communication was excellent, estimate was competitive and the work was fast and professional. We've had a lot of work done on the house over the past few years and this is easily the most pleasant experience we've had with a contractor in New Orleans. I know nothing about roofing, but I do know about customer service and communication, and Mighty Dog roofing did a great job keeping me updated on when they were coming to do the needed repairs, shared photos when the job was complete, and were totally clear about cost and billing. And I’m very sure that their roofing work was excellent, too! These are some of the nicest, time conscious people. They came to replace our still Ida damaged roof. They helped us pick a color (that I just adore) and even got us up to the up coming code standard. They kept great communication and excellent customer service (and I work in the customer service industry so I mean EXCELLENT).
