    Late Sun night, 12/18/2022. Cost about $12. Product promised a fresh, WELL done cheeseburger. The dispute is that, the hamburger was RAW; raw to the point like the inside/middle of the hamburger was raw like it just came out of the package at the store. It was a very thick hamburger and it was fried fast, therefore, it was very burnt & hard on the outside and not cook at all in the middle. The very next day, Mon, 12/19/22, I called the bar to ask them to provide me with a refund and I requested to speak to the manager. They lied and stated that the owner ******* would be calling me. I called back at 3x's, spoke to *******, to no avail the manager, *************************** refused to return my call as well. They also that the manager was out of town and that they would give him my number. I have not heard from anyone from the establishment. Therefore, I am reporting them to several entities for their unwillingness to deliver a product that was healthy and could have caused me to become sick had I just bit into it and their refusal to make good as a business.

     As far as the situation, we always cook our burgers one degree lower than requested for Togo orders. Apparently she wasnt pleased and handled the situation incorrectly. I have been in business since ****, with over 7 restaurants and bars and have never had a complaint against me.
