On January 10, 2025 I had scheduled a virtual visit with urgent care through the Solv. app. I paid my bill over the phone. I received a text message from ************* In and Out urgent care Jan. 24th & 31st to pay bill of $50. For account ******. I tried calling on the 24th and thirty min. no one answered. February 31st I was able to contact the billing department Experity health. They informed me I would have to wait for an email from them which could take two to three days to arrive. Then I should respond back to the email with proof of payment. I waited and when I received the email I had to set up an experity patient portal email and send my proof of payment through there. I checked both emails periodically to see if there was a response but there was none. Now today February ******* I received a text about payment of bill. I called again and after 40 min. They answered saying that I need to send the email again with proof of payment. Now, Im not sure if this is a phishing thing so Ibe been keeping my card locked. However this does seem like the correct billing that urgent care uses according to what I read online. I also think that their billing department might be using the customers to verify payments received instead of a normal system. Im just frustrated and feel like I might be taken for some sort of scheme in play. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

    Better Business Bureau:

I had received a phone call from in and out Urgent care who apologized for the mistake and stated it was a computer error. They stayed they were changing systems and my charge must not have been relayed. Im not sure if their response was due to reference of the complaint ID ******** but, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Regards,
