    Pearl's Place has been in business for a longggggggggggg time. So, when my best friend referred me to Pearl's, I visited Pearl's on October 29, 2022 without researching this place. I found the wedding dress of my dreams. Three family members were with me when I purchased my dress. ****** was my consultant. My family members heard when ****** informed me that my dress will be ready in March of 2023. I became concerned when I requested a swatch of my dress to help pick out the junior bride and flower girl's dress. The swatch took approximately a month to come back, therefore, I inquired whether my dress will be ready on time in March 2023 as ****** stated. ****** (Pearl's Manager) stated ****** made a mistake and the dress will be ready in June 2023. ****** stated if I need alterations, I'll have FIVE months before the wedding. I called in March for the status on my dress and ****** stated he'll give the company who is making the dress a call and ended the call stating " I'll call you when it's ready." he never called me back. I called again in early April and ****** stated he'll get back with me. On April 26th, ****** stated my wedding dress MAYBE READY IN MAY 2023. PURCHASING MY DRESS FROM PEARL'S HAVE BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Never did ****** shared with me that my dress had to be made in China. I'll be pushed for time now that my dress will be THREE MONTHS BEHIND. I purchased my wedding dress based on information ****** (Pearl's consultant) shared with me. ****** shared that my dress will be ready in March 2023. After several calls with ******, I requested a refund based on Pearl's failure to deliver. Again my decision to move forward was based on the information ****** provided to me. ****** stated ****** was knew and did not know much about when the dress will be deliver. If that's true, I explained to ****** that ****** should have had someone shadowing her because AGAIN MY DECISON TO PURCHASE THE DRESS WAS BASED ON INFORMATION AMANDA PROVIDING TO ME!
