    On 7/14/21 my Son and his family gave me a $40 gift certificate for the ************. The problem is that their minimum shipping charge is $85 which makes the gift certificate useless. I spoke today with a representative of the ************ and explained the problem to them. When they told me there was nothing they could do about the shipping rates I asked them if they could at least issue a $40 refund to my Son who was not aware of the. minimum shipping charge. I think that would be a fair solution to this problem as they cannot provide the service that was paid for on an economical basis. It's basically a Catch 22. They refused to consider the refund and that is why I am contacting BBB.

    This complaint is for order#X1061328. I ordered the items on 9/14/22 for $216.27 it was shipped on 9/19/22 and I received it 4 days later on 9/22/22 without dry ice to keep the products frozen. ***** delivered, I opened it only to see the defrosted items due to no dry ice that supports the products. I immediately called Cajun grocer at ********** and spoke to ***** who gave me her email to send her the order# and explanation of the event and picture. She indicated she would get back with me after review and indicated she was the customer service representative who handles this event. I sent right away. When I didnt hear back from her I called on the 9/24/22 and she now says she has to speak to someone else and will let me know in a few days. If they will reimburse or resend. I gave her a week called back and she said she still hasnt heard anything. I gave it a couple of more weeks and called again, and ****** answered the phone then and a couple of more times and continue to say that ***** was not available. I then asked ****** is there another person higher than ****** that I could speak with and she said *******. I ask can I speak with her she transferred me and I left three messages and still havent receive any calls. On today I called to see what the status was and ask ****** is there someone else that can assist me with this matter and she said no! I explained to her how disappointed I was that no one has taken the time to call me or email me to resolve this matter and feel that it is unfair i had to throw everything away. She ask me for the order number started typing repeatedly and said somebody just got back with her and says that the matter has been denied with attitude. I indicated to her that this was not fair because I have called since ***** delivered it and that this is their fault for not putting ice in it. I am very disappointed because they promise to provide dry ice. They have never attempted to call me or email me. I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT
