I took my car to Eazy Doesit Auto Thursday March 21st and was contacted the next day that it was fixed. I paid $660.00 on Friday and Drove off. Over the weekend I notice a small amt of oil, but I did not worry about it, however after the week had past, I noticed an oil spot on in my parking. I went back Monday April 1st a week later and was advised it was the oil pan and needed to be cleaned.? After about an hour my car was ready, and I drove off. The next day Tuesday April I drove to Rayville for work where my car stopped working as I got off the Highway. I contacted the shop and advised I was just there yesterday expressing concerns about the oil leak and now My truck has stopped in Rayville. I had to pay 150.00 to tow back to the shop. I called and or went by every day since my vehicle is essential for work. I was advised they were looking at it, didn't know, Fuel injectors then Finally April 4th I was told I needed a motor. I use this truck every day and have not had any issue. April 5th was advised they can't fix it and was advised they have a motor there and would be about 5k. April 8th asked them to put car back for transport to a different shop. April 9th called to pick up car, but it wasn't ready and would be contacted but never was. April 10th was advised Starter went out and was being replaced, Contacted BBB and Atty General (Auto) April 11 had car towed $100 home. Had a mechanic look over it and the car cracked was advised drive it to the shop. Smelt gas later that night next morning when cranked was shooting gas under the vehicle. Hesitantly drove to shop where they found a piece cracked from over tightening and washers were not placed in the piece fixed by EASY Doesit. I had to pay another 1067.00 to get my car fixed. I ended up spending 1977.00, had to rely on others to get to and from work, and mental anguish being told I need a motor, due to bad work. Not to mention the side effects from the massive gas leak fumes. gas leak pics also

*** **** came in with a massive oil coming from his oil filter housing.  I was doing this repair on another vehicle that day and decided to stay and finish *** ****** vehicle while the repair was fresh on my mind.  About a week later *** **** noticed some oil spots in his driveway.  He brought it back thinking it was still leaking oil.  I assured him that it wasn't by showing him the reading on the dipstick being full.  I explained to him that he has an engine under cover that prevent debris from hitting the bottom of his engine that still had oil sitting on top of it from the original leak.  At that time we removed the cover and pressure wash it and the bottom of the engine for him.  He towed it in the next day complaining about drivability issues.  We found at first that he was misfiring on cylinder #2.  We replaced the plug, coil, and eventually the injector on that cylinder.  Still misfiring!  So we performed a cylinder compression test and found that the cylinder had no compression.  Meaning internal engine damage to that cylinder.  While we were performing our tests and repairs his starter went out.  We replaced it for free along with the test and repairs.  Most shops would not have done that.  Because we don't do internal engine work we were not able to help him any further.  It's hard to say what caused the failure but it is probable that the oil leak wasn't repaired in time.  As for the crack in the intake, as many times as we had to remove it, it is probable that we damaged it.  If he would like another one that's no problem.  Attached is a picture of the middle of his engine where he was leaking oil.

On July 10, 2023, I ****** ******* took my vehicle to be checked because front drivers side was making a loud noise. EAZYDOESit owner checked vehicle and said front drivers side ball joints needed replacing. EAZYDOESit car center owner said the ball joints would fall out while I'm driving the car and I would loose control of steering the vehicle so I agreed to getting the work done for safety reasons. I paid $339.00 to this car center. I returned to get EAZYDOESit to make correct repairs because vehicle has started the same loud noise on front drivers side. EAZYDOESit owner refused to do the proper repairs to resolve the problem dismissing me by saying "have a good day." I no longer want to do business with EAZYDOESit and I will also encourage others to not do business with this car center because of the non business like attitude when they are the one who lied to me about fixing my vehicle. I want my total refund.

The customer stated that she needed ball joints on the driver's side.  That is correct!  We quoted her for upper and lower ball joints and a sway bar link.  When we do this job we like to do both sides because unless they have been replaced, each side has the same amount of miles.  We were only given approval to do the lower ball joint and sway bar link on the driver's side.  Both items were broke and I feared that she would wreck her vehicle.  It's very common on the Town Car, Continental and Crown Vic.  She came back on 8-14-23 complaining that she heard the same noise when she makes a turn.  We both stood outside of the vehicle while my tech turned the wheel.  We clearly both heard the noise on the passenger side.  When I told her I would give her a quote, she said she would not give me any more money until I corrected the driver's side.  I reminded her that she only gave me permission to do half the job on the driver's side and if she wanted the upper ball joint done now I would give her a quote.  When we couldn't come to an agreement, I gave her her keys and told her to have a nice day!

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: This Business assured me that the drivers side of vehicle would be fixed. I am requesting this business to refund me my full money paid to them because of its failure to repair the drivers side and to know that I do know my vehicle and I do not need him to remind me of what model car I have. This Complaint has not been satisfied until I receive my money back. Due to the nature of his nasty attitude dismissing me from the business property was very inappropriate and I will never return unless Better Business Bureau refer to pick up my money and even at that time I will be accompanied by the Monroe/Ouachita Parish Police.

    Sincerely,

    ****** ** *******

I contacted ****** xxxx back in Feb. and provided pictures and an explanation of what happened to my car. He claimed he and his friend could fix the car and that it wouldn't take long. He even rushed me to get the car to him stating, "the faster it's repaired the better" and "it could rust sitting outside". He picked my car up on 3/2 in which he received ½ the initial cost ($3000) as he requested. He also received $2000 in April since I was going out of state. Throughout him having my car I received no updates unless I contacted him which majority of the time he had an attitude, plus he wasn't even at the shop most of the time we showed up. Day 13 with the car, he removed the bumper and unjammed the trunk. Three months went by, no significant progress. 7/1 I went back to the shop and found him outside standing drinking a beer, he made the statement "I don't work on Fridays". Furthermore, I requested my car back, he begged us to give him 3 weeks with the car, we did, no significant progress was made. 7/22 I asked for a partial refund and my car back, he refused and told me I would have to sign a release form, which he never provided me with when I asked to see it. 7/27 we returned and agreed to give him 30 days to fix the car. He claimed to have returned the parts (which we never even saw). Almost a month later he receives the last car part but calls me asking for more money after I paid him ~70% of the repair cost claiming that "he ran out of money." (8/23) He proceeded to text me various times begging for the money. 8/28, we discussed we weren't giving any more money, he stated "that's fine, I got all the parts" and that it would be done before Thanksgiving. I received a text saying that my car wasn't fixed, I asked what's his excuse, he stated: "there is no excuse". He then claims to start back on the car Monday. (Nov. 28) we went to the shop to check his progress, no progress was made and he wasn't there. My car is in the same condition it was in since August 26.
