    On October 25, 2024 at 2:51 PM on ******* *** * ******** ******* ** ** ********* a driver in a CFM Enterprises work truck ( Louisiana License plate Z591425 ) illegally passed me in the median of 2 lane road. The CFM truck passenger side mirror hit my driver side mirror causing damage.
    A report was filed with the Minnesota state Patrol W-24512647 was filed. The police reached out to ***** ***** multiple times and CFM nor the owner ever called the state patrol back.
    I have called 5 times and left messages and left my number but have not received 1 returned phone call. The owner refuses to take my call also when I call.
    I have the video from MNDOT showing the driver behind me. Later in front of me and showing my damaged mirror.
    The repair estimate from a professional repair shop is $1347.97
    CFM needs to pay the $1347.97 repair bill.
