    I canceled auto pay service on the app they encouraged me to use. Now that I used it, they state I have evidence I canceled. When I canceled on web site, they do not offer an acknowledgment. When I leave message, no return calls the Monroe site of HQ. So, the told Amex this why no refund. So, they very tricky to ensure there is no trace to refunds. The issue is not the money but the tactic and ignoring. I has to cancel my card to get their attention.

    This account for Mr ******* ****** has been refunded for amount of 34.99, I have confirmed from his information this is only charge associated. I have notified him of setting up multiple accounts to receive free months, we only provide to customers 1 time. Was refunded to card ending in **** Amerx

    I NEVER set up Mutiple account and have evidence of only using the same account with payment. The overall attitude towards customer is ridiculous and highly unprofessional.  THEY CANCELED one service and set up a new account when I bought a new truck and he know that - he does not want to share all the facts - his staff set.  The refusal to return calls, answer web-based requests is unreal. The display what type of people they really are.

    I also ask this complaint to show "unsatisfied" because of lack of communication to resolve this matter timely (no phone call returns, no web bases responses) and that fact they hide details their staff set up other accounts under different cars yet the intend keep charging me. Ignoring me to make more money and extent out charges was the goal.  This is NOT about money, this about poor customer service and false statements. They have video of my car (trucks) and know the facts to be true. It was originally about the fees, and it turned into something else.  They never responded to their poor customer service after their allegations which are slander and insulting.

    I entered the carwash on 10/14 between 8:30-10:30 am to have my car washed. When I left I heard a beating noise & realized a piece from the roof of car was hanging off the top. I turned around & went back & the young lady took pictures of the vehicle & stated she was filing a claim & that I would be notified the following week. I have made several calls to this business only to not have my issue resolve. The equipment is a piece from the roof of my car & it need to be repaired. I have spoken with ***** ********* & he has yet to return my call. Please help!

    Customer was contacted, weather strip that was loose was manufacture defective, and was not a result of the wash causing.
