Unprofessional, unlicensed staff. I have visited in the past with minor-serious issues (usually uneven nails, poor acrylic application leading to nail chipping & nail fungus from reused tools). Visited 2-hrs prior to closing for a pedicure & acrylic refill only to be told to come back the next day for refill. After arriving in the AM, I was told the young man (Jimmy) I had an appointment with was not taking any more appointments & that his father was available so I was placed with him. That was going well until he got up & went to do another customer's nails. He began removing acrylic nails from a young adult female's hands & then proceeded to file them as though I was never there. I went to speak with the receptionist at the front desk about the matter & questioned why they would assume this was appropriate? She responded that his wife didn't know how to do nails so he was helping her that he would get back to me. I told her that in the mall nor other businesses (even there), no one else got up & left their customers to help her so why do they think that it's ok to have me wait as if it's ok? The customer could wait just like I had to wait my turn for someone to become available. All she would say was yes ma'am. I went back to my seat. When "Johnny" (I think that's his name) returned, I had to request that he go wash his hands. He laughed, washed his hands, came back & said square round. I responded No, square square. This is an issue we had before where he ruined a new set of nails & his son had to remove them & redo them all over. Today, he ruined 2 nails filing them narrow into coffin shape. This was a refill from the new set. He got upset, walked around the room & back towards me speaking loud in a foreign language & motion the cutting of the throat several times. He turned off the lamp & told them he refused to do my nails. They all refused to do my nails. The owner(Kay) was called & she did nothing. Beware - don't spend your money there. No one deserves that.
