I wish there was a zero stars out of the five to give because that’s what I would rate the service manager there. I was in a horrible wreck because of a recall by Honda on there fuel pump. After my wreck, I went up there to ask for the crash data from the vehicle, which was there being repaired for about $8000 and was told that only the state police can get that data and that’s usually when someone has died in a single car accident. I called the State police when I got home and they said that that was a lie. That car and so many more have that now, especially the dealership which the car was sold from would be able to obtain that information. After we had the recalled fuel pump repaired at Ryan Honda the vehicle was still having the same issues of shutting down while driving and she (the service manager)insisted on charging us $150 to have it put on the testing equipment to find out if that was right. We had to go to O’Reilly’s to get it done for free. Thank you Oreilly’s! I would post a review for the Honda corporation, but they have an F rating with the BBB and are not an accredited business with them. Honda has known about their fuel pump recall before my wreck and I still have not heard a word from them for compensation, the wreck was reported to the Department of transportation, and both or all three were well aware of the recall that had not been revealed to us until after the wreck.
I am seeking Legal Council and have not been able to secure an attorney because the size and big attorneys for Honda. Any advice is greatly appreciated since they do not mediate with the BBB or their customers.
