    This letter formally demands a $339.00 refund for money paid on 06/27/2024, money paid through ACH debit on 08/15/2024, and any ACH debit from my account after the date of this letter. I am also canceling my contract without any penalties for failure to provide the service I paid for, per our agreement's terms. Your company's failure to meet the agreed-upon service standards has resulted in significant inconvenience and additional costs for me. Your company's Gold Shield 365 service lists the details of the work that will be performed during the initial inspection. The employee performing the initial inspection walked around the outside of the house, around the inside of the house, and went inside the attic. Possible entries into the house should have been included in the notes per your inspection tasks. The rodent problem persisted despite repeated attempts, with the pests cunningly avoiding the traps and sticky mats. J & J Exterminating's service did not address the rodent problem effectively, leading to a continuous and unsatisfactory situation. In response to the ongoing rodent problem, ****** ******* took proactive measures by hiring someone to build barriers near the empty traps. This action, taken due to the service's failure to eliminate the rodent problem, effectively stopped the rodent infestation.

     I don't have a problem with allowing her to cancel with no penalty and I am willing to refund half of what she has spent but not the full amount.  I am seeing that she paid the initial $275.00 and then $32.00 twice, but it also shows that $64.00 has already been refunded back to her.  I am willing to refund $137.00 of the initial but not the entire amount.
