  Highly recommend Weather Pro - Monroe. From start to finish everyone was very professional. Micah was very clear on our quote, what to expect, explained the process well as well as the products used, and gave us several homes to look at with the shingle we selected (ended up changing our first choice after looking at some). From the time we signed the contract to roof on was within one week (most of that time was us looking for the color shingle we wanted). His crew showed up and went to work! They were very careful to protect landscaping and such. Could not even tell they had been here when they left. Cleanup was excellent! Roof looks amazing! We feel we got a first rate roof and pleased we selected Weather Pro.

  The salesman was not clear and did not provide itemized quote, which we failed to notice. We read good reviews but have buyer’s remorse and wish we had given business to the other quote which was itemized. Price presented to us was much less than the price we were charged. I myself never signed nor saw the second form that was slipped in with a price tag $8,000+ higher than first. We feel the work was very good done by the laborers. The salesman seemed to us to be devious and felt like he was pushy and trying to find out what amount our insurance was going to allow. None of his business. We learned valuable lessons and will handle hiring a repair company with the experience we have gained from this. We definitely do not recommend Weather Pro, especially on repairs covered by insurance.

  Your roofing project was completed under an insurance claim, and we followed standard insurance restoration protocols. A signed contract dated 5/14/25 with the full scope of work and price was provided and approved by your husband prior to the start of the job. That contract reflected the actual work to be performed and aligned with the line-item pricing from your insurance carrier.
  We provided a detailed invoice upon completion, which itemized each component of the job—including deductions for the items you requested to remove from the scope. The total invoice matched the signed contract and the final work completed.
  Regarding the insurance payment: most homeowners’ policies only reimburse what is actually paid to a contractor, minus your co-pay called your deductible. We understand this can be confusing, and we’re always happy to walk our customers through this process.

  Mark A. is the epitome of excellent customer service. Weather Pro was referred to us by a family friend, but the quality work will prompt me to refer Weather Pro Roofing to others. Mark made the whole experience seamless. He and his crew arrived when they were scheduled to arrive, completed the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up any debris before leaving the job sight. I left a message for Mark to call me about another much smaller job that I needed taken care of and he called me immediately and scheduled a time for the work to be done. In this day and age to be able to talk to an actual person -- a person directly responsible for work being completed -- is almost unheard of. Many thanks to Mark and his crew for everything from start to finish!!!
