      Not being bbb credited should be your sign!!!! Do your research well !!!! He has excuses for everything and if u corner him he threatens to filing a police report for harassment even if you are super nice to him!!! I have text messages that can support my review!!!!

      The guy is crook. He installed a 4 ton unit to charge more when the house only needed 3 ton. I started having mold forming issue on vent from bigger unit. I had a nest thermostat favor he burned it while replacing unit and didn't bother replacing it. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to service your AC

      This person i been doing the family work for years. The problem is not the AC. This was a replacement and they keep the house dark and cold. The ductwork needs to replaced. Replaced only the unit to leaking ductwork. They never called me only her father the mayor of **. ***********. All communication was done through him, They need to open curtains or install a dehumidifier. And replace faulty ductwork to correct the problem.

      Incorrectly installed a brand new unit. Took short cuts that ended up killing the brand new compressor within 2 years. Totally ghosted me when I tried to contact him about the issue. Merv says he warranties his work but based on the bill I just had to pay to another repairman to correctly fix his work-this is not true. Be warned.

      One Year labor warranty. The Rheem units which we do not sell anymore because of failures. I was called recently to service the unit which we did. This system is on rental property. The tenant said their Maintenace man tried to repair the unit. The problem may not be Rheem. I believe and the tenant agreed their inexperienced maintenance killed the compressor.
