    Minus five-star review for L&L Tree Service owned by April and Toby Latiolias. I hired them to trim some trees in my backyard on the condition that they were insured. I gave them $1,000 up front cash. Toby said that his crew would be out that afternoon; they never showed up. I have never seen people vanish so quickly from a job site. They stole my $1,000 and caused me $300 worth of property damage. They were hired on the assumption that they were insured. They were not insured and falsified insurance documents. I have the insurance document that they falsified and I also contacted Mr **** ***** of Complete Insurance out of Broussard Louisiana and he gave me a statement saying that they stole money from him also. I will be taking them to City Court Franklin Louisiana. These two people April and Toby Latiolias owners of L and L Tree Service physical address *** ** ***** Street Loreauville Louisiana 70552 have to be put out of business, these are some evil people that have caused a lot of pain with other people also when I research them on Yelp. When you look at them on Facebook they have a good rating but I will change that. Cowboy J**** S*****

    Unprofessional and dishonest. I paid these crooks to cut and haul away three trees. I had to keep calling April and Toby to finish the job. They were constantly begging for money every couple of days before the job was finished. After the trees were cut down they left piles of trees and debris in my yard and never came back to finish hauling it away. I would not recommend these folks to anyone. In the mist of it all they ran over my water meter, damaged my roof on my shed and house and also my fence. These crooks should not be in business.

    Very Bad experience with this company. I had them do some tree work for me in Morgan City, LA. They requested full payment up front. They did not complete the job, leaving a large pile of limbs and debris on my front yard and in the beds around the house. Despite numerous calls and texts to the owner, Toby, he refused to respond and did not finish the job as per our initial agreement. I would not advise doing business with L&L tree service out of New Iberia. **** ******

    I paid toby and april 3k to cut down and haul off 4 trees told me it was the family deal cause they my inlaws they said they would be back in 2 days they didnt show up then for 2 weeks they told me they where coming everyday they never showed up . Then i left for offshore and they assured me they where coming when i got back in i got back in an they didnt show up i gave 2 more days an finally called a real tree service got them to do job then i called toby an told them i hired someone else give me my money back an they came back with same lame excuses they coming tomorrow i told them no i only want my money back they said they would have to win lottery first . I advice everyone never use this company they scam artists an promise this an that an never do what they say theey have no respect an no integrity even foor family
