    indicated that he would send an additional replacement print for my trouble and his associate called and said they would send a repair kit , which was gorilla glue. I never received anything. I called to follow up several times and was told it would be sent. On 1/30, I was told that the items would be shipped that Friday 100%. I received nothing. I sent follow up texts on 2/3/24 and 2/20/24 without a response.

    I bought a painting from this company on April 13th and have not received my painting or a shipping number or anything of this sort. I tried to get in contact with the seller but they have not responded.

    On 2/15/24 I purchased a print titled ***************************** print St. ***** back view. The print was to be shipped from the store to my home. Shipping costs were included in the total. The art store employee informed me that the piece would be shipped within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I did not receive it and continued to call the the art gallery every few weeks to check on the status. Every time I spoke with them they said they are going to mail it the next day and provide me with an email tracking number. Subsequently, I've checked my email and no tracking number was provided which led me to keep calling them. I was given this runaround for 2 months. I've called them to cancel this order on April 12th, 2024. Their response was that they agreed to refund my money and would email confirmation of the refund the morning of April 13th. As of this date on April 15th, I have no confirmation of their refund. The piece cost me a total of $275. The receipt number is ******. The representative that sold me the piece was named ***** and her number is ************. The number on the receipt for the gallery is ************.

    I purchased a metal print from Art2Go in *********** on 2/24/24 for $495.00. It was to take approx. 3 weeks to receive. Today, 4/13/24, I still have not received it. I have spoken with the sales person at Art2Go approx 3 times previously. I have called the New York manager of the store, VM and texted no response until I texted him I would report to the BBB. He called and told me to return the art work, which I don't have. Told him to provide me with a tracking number because I have never received. I use text notifications from *** and Fed Ex. Not one notification from them that it was to be delivered. I told the sales person today 4/13/24 & the ** manager today 4/13/24, I want a refund. Disappointed today when on BBB website that I am not the only person making this complaint. I am told from the store, that there are many of these complaints. Why is this store still operating?

    se, the cold has not held up any mail this long. He keeps saying that he'll send us the FedEx tracking number, but he doesn't. I am getting nowhere. Yesterday, my wife contacted him via text and told him that she was reporting him to the BBB. This seems to make him fearful. She is also going to contact her brother-in-law who is an attorney. I am sick and tired. He just keeps telling me lie after lie (perhaps hoping that I'll go away). We spend time in New Orleans ever year. I hate to have my love of New Orleans affected by this one merchant.
