    My car was in the shop from 05/03/25 to 05/30/25--what was supposed to be 4 days. However, all of this was not their fault, but they discovered another area that needed work, and they said the delay was due to ***** approval and delivery of the part. Unfortunately, in last few months I have experienced 2 "hit and run" damages to my car. The prior damage was fixed by ****** Collision in 02/2025 and that's where it got messy and unbeknown to me, I was put in the middle of it. Both companies are certified thru GEICO, and I explained that was something ***** would have to handle. Turned out I needed a new camera in the front of my car, but it was not working right because they said the one in the rear where the damage was that ****** worked on, was not calibrating with the front. So, now I ended up needing a new one in the back, which ****** had said my original camera was not damaged, just had body work. And it did work, to my knowledge I had no trouble. So, I got my car back on Friday, and looked in the trunk on Sunday, and the whole back was still open. The new camera was installed but it was never closed up! I took it back on Monday and they tell me that ****** left it open...after all that time, my car still wasn't finish. That infuriated me! They even tried to blame me because I didn't see it before I took my car. That's when I found out ****** came to their shop to install the new camera in the back! I spoke with the Manager, **** ******* and asked him to comp me some of my money back for my inconvenience. He never apologized and he said I should be glad they fixed something ****** should have done. He put me in the middle of the conundrum and acted as though he was mad that I had gone to Gerber. But I told him he had my car for almost 30 days and was responsible for it and GEICO paid him! He was arrogant and unprofessional, and I let him know I would report him to GEICO. I realize now they are not in the BBB, but I reported them to GEICO too!
