    The owner of this business, **** *******, who has cut my hair for the past two years, recently began cutting my hair in a way that was horrifying. She was not focusing on what I requested and began to cut it so short that I almost cried, as I love my hair and this is why I am willing to spend $100 per hair cut. I attempted to leave multiple times and was literally HELD HOSTAGE, as I could not work the elevator from the third floor of her building. She would not let me leave, and continued making my hair look worse and worse. In my opinion she was taking this all as a joke. After maybe 20 minutes of what felt like being assaulted, I finally found a dark stairwell and felt my way down to the ground floor exit. As you can see in the photo I immediately went home and shaved my head, as I had been telling this woman I was planning to do, so to please let me ******** upset as I was, I was ENRAGED a few days later to find that she had ran an old credit card number that was kept on file (card was cancelled in November of last year), attempting to charge me for this awful experience. Furthermore, ******** has resolved to honor this fraudulent transaction. If I had known this woman, her name is **** *******, was going to have the nerve to CHARGE ME FOR HOLDING ME HOSTAGE, I would have immediately gone to the police.
