    I am currently facing significant challenges due to an extremely high APR of *****% on a used 2013 Nissan Pathfinder that I purchased from Extreme Nissan in *********** in 2022. At the time of the purchase, I was unaware of how APR worked, and I ended up paying $19,000 for a car that is now worth only $8,000. I still owe $15,000 on the loan, and I cannot find any company willing to refinance it because the car is old and not valued at the amount I agreed to pay when I signed the contract. I was initially told that the vehicle could be refinanced to lower both the APR and the monthly payments. However, I now feel trapped in this financial situation. My husband and I are seeking advice from someone experienced in dealing with major car dealerships regarding what to do about this price-gouging issue. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
