    5/8 /25 My mother and I went today to pay the $1190 fee to have my brothers ashes removed from our property. When we arrived at ********* to pay the amount it has increased by over $1000 to over $2500. This is unacceptable as the original quote given was from a manager on 5/7/25

    My brother and I purchased Niches from Lake Lawn Cemetery in August of 2021 and I fully paid for mine in August of 2022. ********* was in the process of giving me my Certificate of Ownership, when they discovered that that Niche was purchased by someone else in 2015. It has been almost 6 weeks since they discovered THEIR MISTAKE and not an owner or manager has called me or my brother to offer an apology or an acceptable solution. Instead ********* has offered **: 1. A refund-UNACCEPTABLE. 2. To pick a Niche from their leftover niches that we do not want or at the level we paid for-UNACCEPTABLE. 3. To pay an extra $5000 with a $1000 discount- UNACCEPTABLE. If you want peace of mind, DO NOT BUY A NICHE FROM ********* because when youre gone, your grieving loved ones may find out, that you do not have a final resting place. This seems to be a bait and switch.

    The **** grave site is caving in. I went in in March 2022 to file a work order. When you call about their progress, they say they wilol have to check on it and call you back. They never do. The longer they wait to fix the problem the worse it gets. Please any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.Thank you,*****************************
