  Review for Cream of the Crop Daycare New Orleans My experience with this daycare was deeply upsetting and unprofessional. From poor communication to outright disrespect, I wouldnt recommend this center to any parent who values compassion, professionalism, or basic courtesy.Right before returning from a holiday break, they sent a message on Friday afternoon requiring all children to have a COVID test to return on Mondayeven if they had no symptoms. We were out of town until Sunday afternoon, which I explained to the manager, ********. I also asked if the $50 urgent care co-pay could be deducted from tuition or reimbursed in some way. Her rude, dismissive response: Who? said with condescension and zero regard for the situation.She then questioned my integrity as a parent, saying,How do we know he has no symptoms? He could be sick and youre not saying anything because you need to go to work.That crossed the line for me.There was also a deeply troubling incident with one of the older women who helps during morning drop-off. She kept calling my son *******, and when he didnt respond, she snapped,Little boy, I know you hear me talking to you!Her tone was ugly and aggressive. My child looked frightened. I had to step in and say, Hes not responding because thats not his name. It made me seriously question how my child was being treated when I wasnt ******** addition to these issues:My child often came home hungry.Despite nearly $1,000/month tuition cash only, we were required to provide our own snacks, which is unacceptable.There was obvious favoritism toward children related to the ********* theyre withholding my tax documents, claiming I didnt give two weeks noticeeven though they denied my childs return due to their last-minute policy.Parents, please think twice before choosing this daycare. There are better, safer, and more respectful places to entrust your child.
